ブラジルでも有数のコーヒー生産地、ミナスジェライス州カンポダスベルテンチス地区で100年以上の歴史を持つグアリロバ農園で、世界で最も権威のあるコーヒーの国際品評会の一つでもあるCup of Excellenceでの優勝経験をもつ、実力のある農園です。
The Guariroba Farm has a history of over 100 years in the Campo das Bertenches region of Minas Gerais, one of Brazil's leading coffee producing regions, and is a highly talented farm that has won the Cup of Excellence, one of the world's most prestigious international coffee competitions.

〜ABOUT PROCESS〜
この農園で作られる一部のコーヒーでは、代々受け継がれている伝統的な製法に加え、最新の技術を用いた発酵方法も採用されていて、今回のロットもその一つです。
このロットではコーヒー畑から採取した微生物を用いた密閉式バイオリアクターで72時間の無酸素発酵処理を行い、その後ナチュラルプロセスの処理を行います。
土着の微生物や酵母を発酵に用いることで、その地域でしか味わえない特別なコーヒーが出来上がります。
In addition to traditional methods that have been handed down for generations, some of the coffee produced at this farm also uses fermentation methods that use the latest technology, and this lot is one of them.
This lot underwent anaerobic fermentation for 72 hours in a closed bioreactor using microorganisms collected from the coffee fields, and then went through the natural process.
Using indigenous microorganisms and yeasts for fermentation produces a special coffee that can only be tasted in this region.
