〜ABOUT WASHING STATION〜
ベロヤ村の水洗工場には12基の規格化された発酵タンクがあり、輸出規格になるように洗浄と精製を行っており、136以上の管理番号が付いたアフリカンベッドでパーチメントの乾燥状況を管理しています。
The washing plant in the village of Beloya has 12 standardized fermentation tanks where the coffee is washed and refined to export standards, and the parchment drying is controlled in over 136 African beds with control numbers.

〜ABOUT PROCESS〜
完熟したチェリーが収穫され、果肉処理前に新鮮な状態で選別。加工前に過熟豆と未熟豆を取り除きます。コーヒーは果肉を除去した後、発酵工程を経て、きれいな流水で洗浄、水洗工程の後に約11.5%の水分を保つように乾燥されます。その後、アディスアベバに輸送される直前までパーチメントの状態で倉庫に保管され、品質を保ったまま日本へ届きます。
Fully ripe cherries are harvested and sorted fresh before being pulped. Overripe and underripe beans are removed before processing. After the pulp is removed, the coffee goes through a fermentation process, is washed with clean running water, and is then dried to maintain a moisture content of approximately 11.5%. The coffee is then stored in a warehouse in parchment form until it is shipped to Addis Ababa, where it arrives at its best quality.
